1970 Gisbon SG Custom finished in Walnut. Original PAF pickups and "Waffle-back" tuners. Comes with original hang tags and a New Old Stock pack of Gibson strings from this era! The mother-of-pearl inlays look stunning and have not turned yellow like you see in most other examples. This is easily the cleanest Gibson we have ever seen from this period. Amazingly well preserved with only minor marks. It has been styled in 2-pickup configuration like Angus Young's famous SG Custom from the same year. The middle pickup slot is available under this pickguard, but I think it looks cleaner and really stands out in two-pickup configuration. Three just looks so busy! The guitar was sold new in 1970 in Margate, Kent in England at Kennards & Sons Musical Instruments.
